So, this manga is about students with superpowers, and theyre ranked or something. Some of them have totally useless powers like, the main dude’s power is literally just ‘Happy Birthday’ while others actually have powers that can fight crime and stuff. Then some shady guy tries to turn the useless ones into a crime gang or something.
