Unless you find a sponsor via getting your project picked up by an editorial company, it's expensive to print comics. People generally start out by publishing online and then if their story is popular enough they try to get people to buy physical copies for profit.
Unless you're talking about uploading something mangago, it could be possible. There's tons of webtoons on here, the only thing is that it uploads by whole chapters, you couldn't ship out page by page every week or so on this format.
This is not a publishing website. This is an illegal upload site. Everything on here was stolen from legitimate publishing sources. I guess you could upload your own stuff on here. You won't make any money, though. If you want to be legitimately published, you have to hone your skills, research the market, and find a legitimate publisher who will take you on. Good luck!

I'd suggest you make a patreon account and upload it to tapas. That way you could profit off of it.
