I was kinda expecting bunny to be gentle since this is how I ship them, but he ended up nonconning kotetsu. I wished the dj didn't have that part. I also wish they didn't make such a big deal out of kotetsu sleeping around, or at least didn't treat it like some awful sin he's committing, when the only person he was hurting was himself.
Imagining in my head an alternate progression:
Bison doesn't berate kotetsu that much. Instead of slutshaming him, they are exasperated about how self-destructive he is. They don't treat his slutiness as if it's some moral failing.
Meanwhile, Bunny decides to go a slower and steadier route with this. He seduces Kotetsu instead of outright rape him. Maybe dubcons him with alcohol without it being outrighthumilitaing. They have rough sex but kotetsu also gets body worshipped.
As for them getting together, Bunny just declares that he will wait for Kotetsu as long as he it takes until Kotetsu feels ready for takingthe next step further (butBunny doesn't play fair because he also gets a bit more aggressive at flirting, taking a page off of sky high's book).
And once Kotetsu is completely swept off his feet, he finally agrees to go out with Bunny. He gets encouraged to do so anyway after Bison tells him that a new love doesn't mean he forgot about hia wife etc etc.
