There's really no over thinking with this one. The brother was an idiot from the start, you could tell sis didn't even say she did anything against her will up until the part they broke up. These are just 2...no 3, complete idiots. Even though uke was raped he end up being a huge masochist, because why did he go back to him. As horrible as that might seem to some of us, some people like that abuse play. :/
