I love how everyone just forgets what Sangwoo did to Bum in the beginning of the story...

@the both of you: No one has "forgotten" anything, we've all just moved on. That part of the manhwa is over, has been for awhile. Right now everyone is discussing current events. Right now the focus of the story is no longer Sangwoo's killings, it's Sangwoo and Bum's relationship and their pasts. Koogi seems to be fleshing out her characters, but you're too busy worrying about something that's been over since like 20+ chapters ago to enjoy this new segment of the story. Enjoy the romance and Sangwoo's resulting vulnerability, we're only learning all this now because Bum is important to him and the story is expanding on that. Yes, he killed people, but what do you want us to do? Report him? Save them? The rest of us are going with the story and the story is now revealing WHY he killed. And it's sad. You act like because he is a killer, his past isn't sad, but there is no logic in that line of thinking. His past is just sad, period. Regardless of if he's a killer now. It's not everyone else here that is the problem, we're all aware he's a killer, the problem is you two jumping to the conclusion that because the rest of us register that his factually sad past is sad that we think his kills are justified. We're all looking at the future now and most people are unanimous in thinking that he deserves SOME measure of happiness for the past he had. Does that mean his kills were okay? No. You're the ones assuming we're saying that. He's mentally ill because of his parents, more specifically his mom, he could've been normal. He's lived every day tortured by what happened. Since i know you're going to bring it up: This is, of course, looking at all this from the outside. It was none of my loved ones that died, but that point is moot as you'd be pointing out the obvious. Yes, context matters, and him getting punishment is going to be all that his victims think about, but AS outsiders we can look and see his past is sad and he seems to be getting better. If a homicidal killer can ACTUALLY get better through a relationship with this guy, why NOT let it happen assuming he's not going to prison. That's the story, he's not caught yet and there's no indication that prison is the end goal, so all we can do is decide what future we want and his past has a lot of us hoping he gets some happiness. At the very least he needs a mental help facility, not prison. He needs help.
Wait...is it just me or does the person in the photo look like the detective... I don't know I might be tripping lol.
Thought so too
