They are the same person but lan does not remember brian(past life) and the top loves him bcz he resembles brian and lan knows about it . As a person who's studying for mentel psychiatric this is absolutely not good for a human to go trough something like this
oh no :( i wish they had approached it like in the dawn of the dragon where the ml is initially hung up on the past life mc but then falls in love with mc and then finds out that its past life mc. and mc also gets his previous life’s memories back. it kind of sucks because the top should love ian, instead of looking for fragments of brian in him. i hope he’s actually facing ian..
