talking about angst *sigh* still no growth and redemption... like i get it, the drama, the enemies to lovers and all and the problem is me if it's not really my tea. but really from the omega's perspective there is nothing he can do, he can't say or do shit cuz the alpha has no respect whatsoever. he lets his temper out and sends mixed signals to a person who is tied to him by contract and blackmail. and everything positive between them is explainable as relations between alpha and omega plus the possessiveness and neediness and nothing more. at this point I was expecting that the alpha at least recognizes the omega for his skills and career and maybe took interest in his life but still nothing. but the omega took interest, that's frustrating. will he break him to then care?!
like boy I understand that you may have parental issues but be a little more mature pls
imo it doesn't make sense for their bond to become strong due to dependence between alpha and omega, after the alfa mess up ugly, it will be extremely generic!

The fact that he shows the trauma could be the reason why he doesn't want to go back and not how he wants to go back. But assuming he wants to come back he may have understood that the one he cares about most needs protection; especially with him thinking he heard the voice of the guide in battle (even though it may have been a trauma based hallucination or such)

Both are frustrating but the omega is still there for the money and the contract, he has no way out but the alpha could have some maturity and do better but he's a brat in the worse way, he's extremely proud and egocentric, and if they use the excuse that he's a dominant alpha, it's turn a blind eye and very turn-off.
Most of the time he treats the omega well it's out of pity or for his own interests. He doesn't regret and has no consideration. He's just a rich spoiled brat without a real personality. He has A LOT of redemption to do and chasing and can't be easy, I'm tired of one side concession for toxicity.
It's hard to advocate his side, to say "he's being forced to have a kid" still doesn't justify him making the omegas life a bigger hell, he should take revenge on his own parents them if he cares, it was all cuz he hated the omega.

Not forcing yourself into situations that don't add anything to you is self-care. say no people. make excuses, put up barriers. and gossip will always have some babble, there's no way out.
You're not weak, it's just that the world is like this, it sucks.
these types of protocols would be easily put into practice in the name of the greater good and no soldier needs to know, just obey, that's how really works.
that's why nothing scares me more at the end of the world than human nature.
