i loved this story i wish we got to see more of akira and kanata’s relationship ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ. also the tutor And akira was really gross like a grown man messing around with a little boy .. im just glad he got past that quickly.
ehhh i’m not sure how to feel about the story, i feel like it would’ve been better as a psychological story without the romance, or without the kidnapping and rape and they made it where heesung and him fell in love and overcame their trauma together and normally because like think about it he literally raped him right off the bat, and then continued to rape him until he “fell in love” with him. which it wasn’t even love it was more like stockholm syndrome. heesung even said at the end that everything that happened was for his own good or something which is literally crazy because what?! jaeyeons (i think that’s his name correct me if im wrong) back story was very sad, he was also a victim which was awful no child deserves to suffer like that. but still doesn’t excuse his actions. i don’t want to completely knock the story because i read it all the way through so hating it would make me a hypocrite of some sorts. but i definitely think it was executed kind of poorly. that art was also very good.
Same here. I like to these type of stories when there's more tragedy involved or they go deeper into the phycological issues. This one went straight into fluff as if just knowing why he acted like that instantly erased all his wrongdoings, it was kinda weird. I read it all though lol
tbf, heesung knew he was an asshole and continue being an asshole if those things didn't happen to him. does that justify the rape? no, ofc not, but regardless he was able to use the whole confinement as a wake up call he badly needed, hence why he thinks it was good for him (his subjective opinion)
i do agree and wish it marinated more on the psychological aspects especially since it does feel too BS for me why ML fell in love, + the whole subplot with red guy and MC friend, but for 50+ chapters i think the story was tied neatly enough, I wish there was more bur ain't gonna look for more kind of feeling

this story was so perfect. i loved it so much, the communication (after their first hiccup with the pen), was so good, the chemistry, oh boy don’t get me started. i love this story so much i want to see more of them so bad. i am so in love with stories like this where there isn’t any unnecessary drama and we just get to see them grow and improve their relationship with every step. i also love office romance im such a sucker ngl. but 10/10 perfectly executed
