Well from the fox's reaction you could say that he has no idea about his fur...maybe he belongs to a family of rare foxes and doesn't know yet and maybe he reached a certain age where his fur is changing...there are sooo many possibilities but personaly (oblviously I could be wrong, it's a new story and I know as much as anyone) I don't think he dyes his hair...

yeah that could be it too, that would be awesome to see the reaction when he realizes his fur. but considering how urgently he wanted to get to that store it feels like he knew.

You know...I just re-read the chapter....the fox was cut off before he had the chance to say his family name....maybe he DOES belong to a rare fox family and maybe he knows that one day his fur will change....but also if what you say is right and you notice that when his fur was changing there was those glittering stars in his hoody, maybe the moonlight changes his fur, you know like in moon trick....just the 1st chapter and it is already a fascinating story....I wish it becomes a weakly update!!!!

oh yeah true i forgot about that. i think the glittering stars are some sort of magic for sure and yeah hopefully its one of the frequently updated series (unlikely tho) i feel like it can only go up hill from this chapter.

Nooooo....I hate it when talented authors come up with good stories but because they have other good stories too, they end up doing a little bit of this, a little bit of that and a little bit of another that and it takes a long time :(

As the scanlator (september scans) said, It's a new series currently running on a bimonthly magazine, so we can expect the next chapters every 2 months. As far as I know, the scanlator is pretty reliable, they'll release the new chapter as soon as it is published in the magazine.

actually he knows that his fur is rare which is why 1) he s got a wolfphobia and 2) he goes to the owl's general store to buy something to smear into his fur to disguise himself <- hence getting the raggedy fur look nobody d want to skin him out off. the star shower pretty much washed that stuff out and it got clean. and also it felt like he really really didnt wanna tell his family name to begin with, maybe it'd give his ancestry of awesome fur away and put him in possible dangers.

Actually I'm quite sure it's dyed/covered. On page 21, he mentioned about the "stuff coming off more easily" and he had an empty tub. The dye/product he uses to cover his silver mane probably ran out and he had to get more from the General Store.
