One thing that I find kinda unbelievable is the homophobic theatre kids. Really??? Theatre kids?? Even the straight ones have got a lil sauce to them. Especially since it's like from highschool theatre kids. And it's even set in America so it's not a culture difference either.
homophobia exist everywhere, just b/c theater kids have a lil sauce, they’re still gonna be some people being bigots . Especially people who hide they are being homophobic.
I don't deny that, but theatre kids are famously known for being really gay, so excluding this one guy itself, it's weird that there's no openly queer ppl in the troupe or have that kind of welcoming vibe
