Omg for the whole first half of the story I hated the seme so much!!!! He is just so blinded by hatred that he didn't even realise his own feelings. Although he didn't do anything bad to the uke, no abuse and stuff. But he agreed to pretend to marry the Princess for fame and fortune while making love to the uke. I cannottttttttttt. Its a happy ending but the seme took too long to come around, I am so exhausted by the end of the story. And also both of them are not communicating with each other due to their past trauma, which makes it harder to read. But still it is a happy ending. So... Phew.

I read the summary and thought this will be some cliche story but it is really good! I am hooked! I usually hate uke with this type of personality, probably because of a writing problem, but here he just seemed so likable, I don't know how to explain it. The author is really smart in crafting characters.
The uke has definitely a trauma and he is in a toxic relationship because the man uses his trauma against him. Saying that he is filthy and has always new guys is a clue that Yoon Hyesung tried to escape from that relationship but the other guys gave up before as YH could never really leave the other guy. On the other hand, these exact words also outlines the insecurity of the violent seme. By describing YHS as bad as possible, he is trying to disgust SC and make him give up.
It is interesting that Seung Chan tried to respect YH's boundaries. Furthermore, he never sought YHS for sex... the cooking, worrying that he was too skinny, the bruises on the face. He was always very caring... it was Yoon HS who started seducing SC. So I have the feeling that YHS is not used to kindness without any ulterior motive... When he declared that he was a sex addict, he was actually devaluing himself and in a way try to protect himself. I don't think that the uke can leave the violent seme right away.
However, the fact that YHS went to SC's place and sought comfort shows that he has definitely "enjoyed" the time spent with SC. He knows that SC will help him and comfort him. The scene that was very moving was when SC comforted YHS after the nightmare.
I am really curious about his past and his true relationship with the other guy. Actually, I have the feeling that the loud noises from the sex are actually more a scream for help than anything else. The violent seme seems to be rough during sex as well... this explains why YHS actually didn't want any foreplay in the beginning but SC refused it that way. He paid attention to the uke's feelings.

But I am curious about Seungchan backstory too. Although he seems relatively normal, but there's one sentence where he said, "dating ? Me? Hah..." makes me feel he has some history too.
Why feeling insecure? The story is really good hence I wrote something. I have the impression that Seungchan's problem is related to a coming out. Notice that he never says that he is interested in a man and lets his colleague believe that he has something going on with a woman. However, with the comment about the "dating", I felt that Seungchan couldn't say yes because of YHS's request: only fuck buddies.
As for JH, he is trying to keep YHS by his side by making him feel unlovable and guilty (filthy), whereas at the same time, he badmouthes YHS to Seungchan in order to make Seungchan dump YHS. JH knows that the reason for YHS's research for other guys is linked to his violent behavior. He knows that but keeps justifying his abuse by saying that YHS is sleeping with a lot of guys.
Btw I think the story have quite an accurate portrayal of someone drawing on their bisexuality. Looking forward to read the rest.

What if nakyum met hot assassin before and helped him, show him kindness. Hot assassin can't get himself to kill nakyum. But SH meets hot assassin and tries to ask assassin to work with him instead to achieve some goals against jiwha, inhun or family... Idk what at this point. The hot assassin that actually have a soft spot for nakyum unlike inhun can actually be a proper tool to drive SH jealously to treat NK better. The assassin will treat NK as a good friend. But in the end he ends up with jiwha, cause his intro seems like he will be significant. So here are my thoughts. And jiwha will have his own wild seme lol. As if there are not enough drama at this point but it's still good to imagine.
Can someone please confirm if I am interpreting this correctly cause its too confusing. So in the beginning dongha says he take care of sanho because its his habit. But then slowly likes sanho but he doesn't wanna tell him because he feels scary that sanho have that kind of control over his instincts. But sanho likes dongha. Because dongha didn't confess his feelings, sanho becomes insecure later on, especially after sex cause he thought dongha is just lusting after his body. That's why he propose to leave, and he is uncomfortable cause dongha is treating him well cause that will lead him on. But by the time sanho told dongha he wishes to leave, dongha already likes him. But he didn't wanna be the one to admit it but I don't understand why? Can someone enlighten me? Perhaps he he is very dominant in bed and very gay and sanho is actually bi, he is insecure that sanho can't accept him in the long run or if he is afraid he will scare sanho away.
Also seems like the previous relationship sanho have also started because the other party takes care of sanho and sanho falls for the person. He needs a verbal confirmation which dongha is somehow stingy to give.

Is it just me or did the characters except for jiwha look less asian in the beginning chapters and more asian in the recent chapters. Not saying its not good, they still look good! But this is what I observed when I reread
I always thought they looked Asian, especially with the way their eyes are drawn, but at the beginning chapters it seemed it had realistic style while the recent is more anime like.
Yeah, the art really improved. I think the author reflects their characters in their looks more now too. SH is definitely less psycho smiley looking like in the beginning and more serious kind of thing. And way hotter lol
