I think it didn't get so far. There were guards right outside the room and they weren't prevented to enter by some barrier or magic nor was the girl made to forcibly sleep by an incantation. Her sleep would already be light due to the fear so she would have woken up and asked for help. But the weasel might have touched her to some extent. They said she was harassed and the word has a broad meaning ranging from strictly verbal to actual rape.
