I don’t know if you people read the Manhwa and tried to understand Sejin even the slightest because if you did read and tried to understand each personality of the characters then you would you have understand that Sejin is the kind of person who doesn’t want to displease his family specially his father. So do you really expect Sejin to just blatantly refuse Ido’s brother and get the attention of the people around them just to be the content of their gossip? Of course Sejin would just agree and follow Ido’s brother knowing full well that the body guard assigned by Ido would follow hum too.

Ok I have been reading spoilers who are so biased with the characters and it irks me so bad to read them because I read the novel and I know what really happened. They are omitting important events in the past to make Ido basically your trash Alpha. They are only highlighting the part in the past where he mistreated Sejin but not what happened before that. How he got Sejin out of the prison after his family framed him for embezzlement and tax evasion and how he was willingly will believe Sejin even if his reason was a lie all because he LOVES HIM! But Sejin kept his mouth shut and didn’t give the reason that Ido was asking.
Both party have contribution with how things got from lovely to messy and last to worst! So please if you are going to spoil at least give the full context of Ido’s character in the past. How much he loved Sejin and how much he put his trust to him.

I haven't read the novel and was spoiled by all these people but even then it felt like I wasn't getting the full story because ml being vary and even not trusting mc after the documents thing made sense and the hate towards ml from the spoilers felt very biased.
I remember reading like only one comment that did briefly mentioned how the two did have a good relationship at some point.
So I was kind of being annoyed by all these ml haters. So thanks for clarifying.
So true! Also the reason why the ML locked Sejin in the past was to also protect him. Even after his betrayal Ido still wants to protect him. His family framed him and Sejin basically has nowhere to go and he also has an ongoing case for the embezzlement and tax evasion back then. To protect Sejin Ido locked him up to his house.

Yes it won’t, this is the reason why during their engagement he made Sejin step down to his role in his father’s company. He knows that Heashin is already deep in the red and anytime soon the cases will explode and Sejin’s father will pin it all to Sejin and make him the scape goat. But without Sejin in the picture and having him step down will automatically make in not connected to its case.
Soon it will be revealed that Ido changed Sejin’s number so that he will be completely separated from his family. Remember Sejin is easily get swayed by his father’s word because Sejin is desperate to be acknowledged as part of the family. So Ido changed Sejin’s number without his knowledge for his own good. In this timeline Ido took down Heashin earlier than the first timeline. He got pissed when Sejin was slapped by his father.

During their second imprint. The rules in this omegaverse is that when two imprinted they share memories, emotions and feelings of one another and the only way for the link to break is when one of them dies.
Sejin begged Ido to imprint him but Ido doesn’t want to. He is scared that the memories of the past will drive Sejin to kill himself again. So after Ido’s father died he broke their engagement off. If I remember correctly Sejin went to Ido demanding explanation and Ido was like “You died in front of me.” Sejin was about to go but Ido pulled him and they made love and there they shared their second imprint. Sejin remembers. He thought he can handle the memories but he wasn’t able to. So after that he got out of Ido’s house.
Ido went to Sejin’s company which he gifted him. And propose for a 3 weeks project. After the three weeks Ido promised to let him go (well he plans to kill himself after 3 weeks to completely set Sejin free. It didn’t happen cause they got back together.)
