Literally Dawn of the Dragon.
It was a decent story on a guy "pretending" to be a dragon god's reincarnated soul mate from a past life (but of course he was actually his mate).
Long story short, you go back in time to see how they met. Dragon God was born out of a river and takes the form of a human child. Village bullies him, villagers pay, blah......
