(warning going off of memory here) I agree but I was thinking more about their relationship overall. when Jinhyeong’s relationship with Noona started he said to Uyun that Noona fell in love with the TA side of him (like Uyun did ofc but ignore that) more than the real him which is already gonna put a huge stunt on their relationship progress because he can't truly be himself like how he is with Uyun.

This gets even worse when Jinhyeong is complete doodoo asshole at communicating he always bottles stuff up and blows up at the few people who care about him (the scene where he LITERALLY was gonna rape Uyun because he was so in his head ch24-25)

also she wasn't 100% shocked that he wanted to leave she wanted him to talk to her what happened at the restaurant (which is kinda crazy cuz c'mon girl they were hounding him about his family and wealth anyone would wanna leave ) but then he blew up at her for trying to talk about it

Yeah Jinhyeongs has severe social anxiety (understandable) but it's not fucking crazy for Noona to want her partner to come with her to a restaurant when she knows someone there is gonna make her uncomfortable. yes she could've just let Jinhyeong not come but that would require a real ass conversation that Jinhyeong didn't wanna have at the time about her giving him test prep stuff and how it made him uncomfortable but he didn't.

At the end of the day no one can force you to go anywhere but obviously he felt guilty and had a terrible time and ran away from her. Noona just wanted Jinhyeong to succeed in school and used her resources to help him do that. I was just happy that Jinhyeong was gonna apologize because just because you have social anxiety doesn't mean you get to lash out and treat others like shit without having to apologize.

Tdlr Noona did do a stinky by bringing up the stuff she did for him but Jinhyeong is a poopie head who needs to learn how to communicate properly big smoochies lala this yaoi shit gets serious

Lowkey also just sensitive about this type shit cuz I had to deal with this in my irl relationships I promise communicating with your s/o is so much better into letting yourself feel like you're inferior and bring nothing to the relationship.

Obv Jinhyeong struggles with being vulnerable but being vulnerable is an important part of understanding anybody. (Not saying u gotta go spill your secrets n shit to the nearest stranger im just saying any real deep relationship has had those moments of vulnerability)

yeah i see what you're saying. I personally think that ji wasn't ablt to properly communicate with whatever the fuck her name was because of his mention of his social anxiety disorder and then the pressure of her giving him all these things and not asking for anything in return. As he said, he felt bad for not being able to repay the debt and she didn't have to do that for him but she had insisted as we had saw in the previous chapter she was in. Her bringing up all the stuff she did for him when he had easily expressed his feelings of being uncomfortable when she wanted to give it to him in the first place is what made me call her manipulative. They're both in the wrong but the noona a bit more because of her bringing up everything she had did for him and why he should be there, kinda forcing him into going with her with the excuse of him being her boyfriend while knowing he didn't do well at those types of events.

I totally get the communication thingy though, it's so important but some people need more time and such when trying to communicate or need to feel a certain level of comforbility which i don't think he had with noona. If he did they would've still been together like him and uyun.

Yess for sure the biggest thing for me really was their communication and I really just feel like they weren't compatible at all. I don't think they would've ever been able to thrive like Uyun and Jinhyeong are now.

I'm really looking forward to what they have to say to each other next chapter because I am DEAD CURIOUS like pls gimme that closure it's not even my relationship Uyun for the win though ofc ofc
