does anyone know of any other translation for the novel than shangfan? I admire them for their work but the translation goes really downhill in the later chapters to the point that the names of characters keep getting put in the wrong places and whole paragraphs don’t make sense and it’s unfortunately getting unreadable I want to understand the story more lol

idk but it bothers me too
good and I understand all the people who recommend it but the ending just didn’t live up to all of the drama and lore they were setting up. Kinda felt too easy how things resolved, and then it didn’t loop back to their whole karma deal. I think it’s definitely worth reading if anyone is considering though!

Go read the whole thing if this was even a bit of your jam. There’s a completed season 1 with 64 chapters, ends kinda on a cliffhanger but there’s a lot of development before then. And if what attracted you to this was the BDSM, it gets so much better while staying consensual between the main couple
