I forget the name of the artist but I’m pretty sure she just does illustrations. Tales to last time I looked. I think I have some her her illustrations in an album and one might have her name. I’ll check in a min. I’d love if she did do a manga, or at least illustrated someone else’s.
I didn’t have it but I did a reverse image search on google and it’s Kasai Ayumi. She does a lot of novel covers I think I remember reading. Her artwork is fucking amazing

Definitely romantic way. You can tell by his mannerisms, facial expressionism when his dad carried him on his back, he said he got aroused
