The last (two?) chapters were translated by a different group/person and it's so easy to tell. I'm very appreciative regardless that they went out of their way to do so and to translate, allowing us to read the comics, don't get me wrong.

But can't they take it a bit more seriously and show respect for the series by translating it faithfully,,, I know this manhwa uses a lot of modern slang which is what I absolutely love about it as well, but seriously, using it for contexts/purposes where it doesn't even fit just because they're bored (like inserting Js into the 'ahahaha' laughing text, whatever skibidigram),,,,,

main story, great, i love it, the glistening skin and detailed expressions? chef's kiss.

side stories? i feel so goddamn bad for dojun?? he was ostracised his entire life growing up because he wasn't conventional, and no one bothered to get past his surface barrier (it is so thin) of being emotional + argumentative to get to know him better. he already felt burdened when he was younger because his mom wanted an omega child, and yet he didn't resent doyun for it; and rather was overprotective of him and loved him fiercely. because dojun hears so often that his emotions of being "angry" and "upset" are an "overreaction", when he actually is justified in feeling so (aka jinyoung the doctor being SHIT towards him), he dismisses it and apologises for it because he's unable to tell the difference -- he associates all strong negative emotions as being "bad" and "immature".

dojun is also manipulated his entire life?? he lived in control of donhwa. donhwa believes that he loves dojun the most. okay then. why aren't you doing the dishes. why did you drink finish all the beer that dojun literally bought YESTERDAY. and another thing. dojun goes on something like "oh if we weren't siblings, i'd make you the happiest in the world. i could've brought you to your favourite places, stood up to the bullies for you, listened to you complain after work". bro?? you could do the exact same thing,, as siblings?? that, and so much emotional and sexual abuse/harassment that poor dojun had to deal with.

and jinyoung is so manipulative. i know bl is very wishy-washy on consent so i won't comment too much on their first sex occurring when dojun is drunk, it's fiction. but jinyoung cancels on dojun to go for impromptu meet-ups with his friends (which dojun also holds in because he thinks that's NORMAL in a relationship, and because dojun has no friends to confide with/tell him otherwise that that's toxic). dojun actively pushes himself because he's afraid of abandonment of the only outside person who likes/cares for him when he's in pain during sex and doesn't enjoy himself (resolutely not looking at the doc's face to not indicate), and the doctor doesn't bother to try and pick up on it. jinyoung is selfish.

the doctor gave excuses on why he called his relationship with dojun "fun" and on why he'd say that he'll let his alpha friends know when they break up. but none of the excuses bring up the core where dojun is treated as a toy to pass around and dismisses dojun's humanity.

the side stories end with no long-term resolution. dohwa should have been reported or told off properly or beaten up until he bleeds and gets broken bones. the issue of jinyoung prioritising meet-ups with friends over dojun doesn't get brought up again. dojun doesn't have a solid character arc -- he tells jinyoung that he's an asshole for constantly ditching him, but later apologises to jinyoung for saying that + jinyoung never showed indication of learning from that.

dojun is just moving from one toxic manipulative abuser (his brother) to another manipulative person (the doctor, at least there's reason to believe that they both will improve as time goes by). and i am so. pissed. dojun my baby boi deserves so much better, i'm so sorry dojun
