Yes, it contains rape. Specifically chapters 33, 43, 44, 75, 96, 120, 121, 122 . There's no poly relationships regarding the main characters, but there is cheating/adultery. The incest is true and to be expected considering that this is based heavily on egyptian mythology, which, similar to Greek mythology, contains incestuous themes.
If you aren't too phased by the rape aspects enough to skip them, I'd recommend this since the story is honestly really good. It also really does a great job at drawing readers in to create theories based off actual egyptian mythology, like the popular Horus the Elder theory hinted at through the hieroglyphics.
