Neither of them is a psychopath, though they both do have mental health issues. They're broken basically, and healing is difficult ; i'm somewhat happy that Dohyun is finally snapping out of the daze kind of state he has been in for the last few chapters, and confronting Sungho. They need to work through their issues.
