Like I’m confused why I’m seeing so many complaints about the plot. This arc’s purpose is to address why Caius summoned Koichi in the first place: so he can become king. At the beginning, the biggest concern of the story (and of Caius) was forming a connection between him and his bride because love is so important to titans. That connection has been established so the ‘getting together’ portion of the story is complete. That opens things up further plot development which is how you keep a story interesting and engaging.
If you want to just read about characters fucking then go read one of the plethora of smut manhwa/mangas that are out there. (Never mind the fact that there’s smut in this story like every few chapters, but god forbid y’all don’t see some dick in every update.)
The story is paced just fine. What likely is contributing to boredom or exasperation with the plot (besides just an inability to appreciate it) is the fact that updates are max once a month, if that, so it seems like it’s dragging when in reality the pace is normal. I just did a binge catch up from the beginning and it reads like a well thought out story whose intention was always to begin with quick relationship development in order to establish grounds for the larger plot piece which is to get Caius on the throne with all the obstacles that are blocking him.
Y’all wanting to skip the plot portions because you find it boring or tedious is totally fine but don’t act like it’s because you think the story is poorly constructed. You’re just horny lmfao
