Well sure there may be better series that they could have adapted, but destruction flag is extremely popular with over 600,000 copies of the light novel sold alone. Yes solo leveling is a series that is popular as well, but considering it is korean, it is less likely but not impossible as Tower of God is getting an anime this season and God of Highschool will get an anime as well. But even then it took a very long time for these series to get an anime.
I got into deep into reading dividends cause and effect that i forgot that this manga is actually a monster fighting game in the end.. all the money is just the prelude!
