Ariest's Manga

The MC is really unlikeable. She's pure trash. It's so bad that the only reason I haven't dropped it yet is bc I want to see the ML and the lover escape her and find happiness (heck even the grandma deserves better).
The way Selena behaves and the things she says are so despicable. She treats everyone like servants, even her own lover. She's entitled af despite being incompetent af. She's ungrateful, hostile, mean and spoiled. And she's hypocritical beyond anything I've ever seen. I can't imagine any reader liking such a trash character, and I don't understand why the author is so tone-deaf that they go out of their way to make other characters feel sorry for her.

Also it looks like her husband, whom she hates, discriminates against and has been cheating on for years, is the real ML. Which is such an odd choice, bc it's impossible to ship them with that kind of backstory. As readers we know he is actually just trying to help her and her family, and that her hate is due to her own misunderstandings. Which makes Selena, who already has a rotten personality, look even more awful.
