tbh i think it's unfair to apply our morals to it in the case of this is omegaverse... like i think fictional literature SHOULD have boundaries obviously, and if this wasnt omegaverse, yeah I would apply the same morals as in i would also be pretty uncomfortable, but bc it is omegaverse, it's a lot more of being primal and instinctual. In my eyes it was just Ash's instincts fully taking control and it's not always a mind over matter, but just how their body functions. Like in the context of this manhwa, when Lyle had his rut, he was delirious to the point he called Ash and even fainted. In other omegaverses too, omegas are often seen "losing" their rationality. It's just the way their body is and you can't really blame them / attribute it to their character. And I think Ash did take precaution for this by telling Carlyle to leave, but carlyle insisted on staying. Furthermore, Lyle even mentioned it was a new side of Ash and that he was happy or at least comforted(?) knowing he was exposed to this side of Ash.
