Yeah it is true. Trashta is already pregnant when they meet, she has the baby "prematurely" but "mysteriously" it is healthy.
Though I'm not 100% sure on the child not being his as there is a part where someone says they interfered with the paternity test.. it's a bit unclear if that was a trick or not. But apart from Sovieshit everyone assumes the child is not his.
