Broken Raymon getting sexually violent by Winter yet again. But the good thing is his lifeless eyes finally come back with hatred. If Winter didn’t act like a horny bastard, maybe Raymon would have already given up and resigned himself to his fate. It’s great that Winter knows how to nurture Raymon’s hatred toward him, lol. Raymon, fight back soon. I’m rooting for you!

Oh my god, Raymon’s so unlucky. Sure, he’s selfish and arrogant, but at heart, he’s a good person. Being kidnapped just for comforting a mentally troubled kid? That’s brutal. I expected the flashback to show Raymon doing something to make Winter think they were destined, maybe karma or something, but all this just because he smiled at him?
Winter’s basically lost his sense of right and wrong, he basically a fucking crazy child. Raymon’s down right now, but hopefully he’ll pull himself together and find a way to handle Winter.

Raymon has been starving for four days… but Winter has also been starving in the same way. Winter is a psychiatric patient, and while this doesn’t justify his crime, it explains the roots of his personality disorder. Winter is cruel because his perception isn’t normal—he harms both the person he loves and himself, and sees that as love due to a dynamic of family’s domestic violence. It seems Raymon met Winter when Winter was just a teenager. I initially thought they met as children, but oh well. I think the next chapter will be a flashback from Winter’s perspective, explaining why he’s so obsessed with Raymon. Is Raymon, a careless and selfish person, going to pay the price for being kind to a mentally unstable child? This is a tragedy bordering on the absurd.

As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t like Brett’s current behavior, and this chapter mainly focuses on Brett forcing Hayden having sex with him.
In this chapter, Hayden tries to resist but can’t match Brett’s strength, and in the end, he’s forced to climax by Brett. Brett doesn’t get aroused throughout, so I guess Brett only enjoys it if Hayden takes the lead (since he’s M).
The part where Brett covers Hayden’s head seems to show a small hint of Brett’s feelings for Hayden (I might be delusional, but it seems like Brett kissed Hayden through the shirt), yet for some reason, he doesn’t want Hayden to know he has feelings. When Hayden looks at him, Brett’s gaze is cold… There won’t be a new chapter next week, but the week after, there’ll be two. Thanks for joining my chapter review!

I’m not sure this would really work if Hayden doesn’t behave the way Brett wants (with Hayden staying composed and somewhat resigned, even pitiful). I mean, Brett’s Dick not even erection throughout the whole thing. Forcing Hayden like this wouldn’t satisfy Brett, as what he actually enjoys is Hayden’s dominant nature. So, this approach might be a mistake on Brett’s part.

I also noticed that he wasn't hard he didn't take off his underwear at all and telling Hayden "i don't know how u imprint but this isn't how things work" Google translation makes less sense so I hope to get official soon but Brett throughout that scene just grabbed Hayden from back and just thrust without care damn i know Brett want dominance and continuation in this relationship of them but Hayden just mentally not prepare cuz Brett is not that type of person but at the end both of them are same

I agree with you, I liked Brett in season 1 because, despite being scheming, and enjoying teasing Hayden, he still showed respect and care for him, not doing things Hayden disliked. But in season 2, Brett feels like a completely different person. I think there must be a reason for this change because it really is different from the usual Brett. I just hate seeing Hayden as helpless victim, i hope next chapter is getting better for Hayden

Actually Hayden is victim of all the bread crumbs Brett set to have this relationship with Hayden he doesn't wanna end it soon sone he said he gonna drop out of sports and gonna enjoy his time and gonna get fat Hayden got idea that in those idea i don't place nowhere for Hayden it would be hard to get over if bond don't erase soon but Brett is not thinking about future consequences he is a guy who believes to live in present and calculative in living life more than cinematic life Hayden thought (where brett he don't enjoy plays cuz ending is already set) .... Hope author don't make it more forceful.

Honestly, I was really surprised by this chapter. Most kidnapping and captivity stories go in the direction of relentless sexual violence until the victim is mind-broken, but this one explores the victim’s psychology pretty well and the drawing is so terrified, i really feel Raymon fear and craziness . I genuinely see Winter as a demon, just like Raymon does (though I still like Winter, which is kind of a problem lol). I haven’t read about a top as ruthless as this since I read Non-Zero Sum. At least in that one, Haeyoung would secretly check on Haewon and feed him. Winter, on the other hand, just leaves Raymon to starve. It’s honestly strange, whether he’s crazy or this is some kind of training…
Of course, Raymon is bound to develop a bit of “Stockholm syndrome,” especially with the “love-hate” tag, but it’s more about survival than “my captor is actually sympathetic.” And it’s not like he has much of a choice other than to compromise, lol. But I trust, judging by the summary and the cover art, that Raymon won’t submit easily. He’s not going to let Winter have control over him forever. I’m so excited for the next developments! I started reading this story casually because Winter’s design was my type, but I didn’t expect I’d end up liking it this much, haha.

I know Winter is crazy and brutal toward Raymon, but this abandonment treatment is truly terrifying. No light, no food, no clean water, blankets…
It feels like being buried alive in a basement, waiting for death to come in despair. Is Winter really this cruel to Raymon, or is there something that happened preventing Winter from showing up?
Using this method to ‘teach’ Raymon can’t be too dangerous, right? Raymon could go insane and commit suicide unless Winter is watching the cameras and intervening if that happens…
I can feel Raymon’s fear, violence and rape is better than being abandoned in a place with no signs of life…this truly drive him insane, good luck Ray.
And Winter do you really think you want Raymon to love you? Because the way you treat him is very not it at all

Brett literally being violent with Hayden and rape him….idk what to said…
I have no idea how the author will regain my sympathy for Brett in the next chapter, but it’s currently dropping drastically.

THIS TOPIC MAY CONTAIN SPOILER
omg okay, I honestly imagined something much worse when I read your comment, but it’s similar to what they've done in the past. Google Translate can be confusing, but I think I got the gist of it.
Hayden is currently in his rut, and you know how that goes. He locked the door because he had a feeling Brett would do this. Plus, he can never hold himself back when it comes to him due to the imprint. Brett felt the responsibility to go after him, even though I was surprised by the brute force he used on the door. They did give each other keys, and Hayden did say he would return it, but again, he’s in his rut right now. Brett told him that if they don’t take care of this, it could be bad for him. Even though Hayden mentioned that their rules need to be changed, Brett probably can’t fully understand this kind of emotion.
I have to say, while I was shocked by the light slam, the moment when Brett held onto the back of Hayden’s head made me squeal! Brett always surprises me. However, what still scares me the most in this manhwa is when Hayden forcefully takes control during his rut, even if it’s not really him. But here, it seems like it’s more about taking care of the situation since Brett still holds onto the previous deal they made. We’ll see how it goes—whether Hayden will tackle him or back off.
I’ve seen way worse situations, like rape, in other manhwas, which makes me sad. But with Brett and Hayden, their relationship is still uncertain, especially since Brett just learned about the imprint and suddenly has to make a decision, considering he has always been the one in control. but im happy hayden is deciding what he wants. I’m also excited to see how this unfolds for my boys! Still, that gentle head hold followed by a light slam on the floor was hilarious. I can never predict the mindset of this sub! It’s a first for me in the world of BL. XD
but its okay if you feel that way! i just want to clarify on my view on how this looks.

I knew there would be people defending Brett. I don’t hate non-con, I just don’t like how disrespectfully Brett treated Hayden. Up until now, Brett only forced Hayden once in the bathroom scene, but before that, Hayden had forced Brett first, so they were even. But this time? Hayden made an agreement and was completely ignored by Brett. He forced his way into Hayden’s house, even though Hayden had to lock the door to keep him out. Hayden asked Brett to return the key, but Brett refused and even broke the door. To stop Hayden from resisting, he grabbed his hair and slammed his head onto the floor. Brett said he had to do it because of the agreement? Brett looked even more unstable and crazed than Hayden. No matter how you look at it, Brett was flaunting his control over Hayden and forcing him to do something he didn’t want to do at the time. He didn’t even try to talk or persuade Hayden!
It’s really the opposite of Brett, who always used tricks to seduce Hayden. Now he’s acting like a thug in heat (while the one in rut is actually Hayden, lol)
I know their relationship will be violent. I even read it because I enjoy the violence, but Brett’s actions this time were hard for me to accept. Treating someone who saved your life like that? Hayden might be hurt after this, and it’s likely he and Brett will be apart for a while.
Anyway, we’ll have to wait for the next chapter to see what happens.

Yea at the end of the day this parallels to the beginning of this series when hayden forced himself to Brett before the big reveal since he didn’t like Brett’s taking the lead over him similar to this with Haden now taking action. also the comment above reminded me that Brett is also an alpha with dominant instinct I legit keep forget he’s an alpha too considering he have yet to even see his rut LOL probably why he’s brushing the agreement off at the moment and still fixated on the previous deal considering Hayden’s rut had to be recent after his demands. either way we’ll just have to see when it comes to these two it already felt somewhat normal or expected this would happen? If it was any other couple I wouldn’t have accepted it as well.
my only guess is. Either hayden end up cavin in and roughly cuz of his rut . Also the comment above said with this force that Brett is doing. this rut might be a turning point. Thigns might change for Brett or things may deepened them. But before that let’s just hope!

I like Winter, and I still do, even though his actions toward Raymon are unacceptable. Winter is genuinely interesting to me. While the author isn’t particularly great at character development and there are plenty of things that could be improved, it’s still enough to keep me buying and following the story.
Winter is basically a delusional madman. He’s violent and frightening, but not a cruel mastermind. In fact, he’s quite naive and childish. The way he acts with Raymon, like a clumsy, confused puppy, doesn’t seem fake either because he genuinely doesn’t know how to love Raymon. I’m not excusing his behavior, just analyzing it from Winter’s pov.
The author gives a lot of hints that Raymon always feels a strange sense of safety and familiarity with Winter, even when he’s kidnapped. I think they might have some kind of shared past. This is just speculation, but something could have happened that forced Raymon and Winter to depending on each other. This might have led to Winter’s possessiveness and obsession. It also seems like Raymon, although psychologically affected like Winter to some degree, has had some kind of therapy. I’m not say Raymon is entirely healthy, but at least he’s not in as bad a state as Winter. And because there’s such a big gap between them, Winter planned to imprison Raymon from the start. “Luckly” the incident with the other stalker gave Winter an opening to become fwb with Raymon, but that still wasn’t enough. Raymon could still leave him, so Winter stuck to his plan. However, Winter wasn’t really mentally prepared to face the real Raymon, not the idealized version of him. That’s why he panics so easily and acts so childishly. Winter isn’t a smart villain. If Raymon were calm and thought things through, he’d probably realize he could manipulate Winter instead.

Raymon is still trying every way to stay alert, but it seems he’s starting to be manipulated by the isolation and confinement. This often leads to Stockholm Syndrome, because Winter is the only person who knows he’s trapped here, even if he’s the worst person to know…
Dominic doesn’t seem to be Raymon’s blood relative. I sense 2nd male lead vibes if Dominic isn’t Raymon’s brother, but Raymon probably family-zone him lol.
Hang in there, Raymon! You’re about to figure out how to manipulate Winter, don’t give up too soon!
I’m wondering when Raymon might be able to turn the tables and manipulate Winter instead. Right now, Raymon seems truly dead inside, although there’s a hint of disgust in his gaze, most of it is fear. Could it be that Raymon is pretending to be obedient for now, just to get Winter to let his guard down?
Once again, Winter acts like a beast in heat, claiming he’s doing it to serve Raymon still as insane and delusional as ever, lol. I love how Winter’s sweetness is just bait, only for him to treat Raymon even more brutally afterward, without a shred of sugarcoating. Poor Raymon. I hope his suffering doesn’t go on for too long.
The author really said: I won’t let readers delulu themselves into thinking Winter is as sweet as he looks for too long, lol. The moment you think, “Oh, maybe he’s kind of cute maybe…”, he immediately goes and treats Raymon horribly…
You get it. Im of the opinion though that winter isn't actually trying to manipulate him by acting sweet. That would imply that he has a level of rationality that we don't see. It's more like he's a 'child' who takes what he wants when he wants and doesn't care AT ALL how it affects the other person. In fact he thinks Raymond wants exactly what he does because he can't fathom Raymond NOT being the persona he made in his mind.
I always say this, Winter doesn’t love Raymon, he loves the perfect version of Raymon he’s created in his mind. He doesn’t even care who Raymon truly is, as long as Raymon stays by his side and makes him feel “happy.” Raymon probably realizes this to some extent, but he’s too desperate now to do anything about it…
Yup yup, I'm really hoping Raymond will realize this and turn the tables. I'm hoping to see a 'taming' arc where Raymond basically manipulates winter into freeing him cause I swear it'd be so easy.
Haha, I remember someone asking the artist if this manhwa could reach 50 chapters, and the artist replied that they hoped so too. I’d be thrilled if the suspense and excitement continued, as I’d love to see more of Raymon and Winter. But I hope the author doesn’t try to drag it out unnecessarily—that would make it frustrating rather than exciting, which can be quite hit-or-miss. Either way, I hope Raymon has some kind of plan. It’s not enjoyable to see him as a helpless victim.
