And then there’s Jin. Though he doesn’t appear as often, every interaction he has with Jian makes the air between them tense yet gentle. We don’t know too much about Jin yet, but his hidden plans and the subtle care he shows for Jian make my heart flutter so much. Just the few moments they’ve had together have already made me obsessed. Can’t they please have their own series?

According to the author, Jin and Jian are considered the main characters of the story, so their storyline will be explored more extensively in the main plot (the author mentioned that Jian is a main character appearing from chapter 1).
However, the main focus couple remains Jitea and Mieum only. Jin and Jian cannot even be considered a side couple because, while their relationship is tied to the plot, the author does not focus on their romantic connection.

I think that even if Jin is taking advantage of Jian, his ultimate goal is still to free him (my guess). However, if his plan gets exposed in the future, Jian might feel hurt by the betrayal. Honestly, I don’t think Jian fully trusts Jin either.

You get it. Im of the opinion though that winter isn't actually trying to manipulate him by acting sweet. That would imply that he has a level of rationality that we don't see. It's more like he's a 'child' who takes what he wants when he wants and doesn't care AT ALL how it affects the other person. In fact he thinks Raymond wants exactly what he does because he can't fathom Raymond NOT being the persona he made in his mind.
I always say this, Winter doesn’t love Raymon, he loves the perfect version of Raymon he’s created in his mind.
