Hey, in case you haven't reported it, click on the small flag icon to the left of your screen. Then select 'Other problem' option and specify in which chapter/s the problem lies. If you have time you can even specify the pages which are not in order. I have reported the problem. If others also do so then we can quickly solve the issue.
