why tf did I just find out that if a minor rapes an adult in the USA the adult is arrested.. and the reason is because the adult did not stop the minor from raping them like BITCH be fr you can't be serious first of all rape is not something you can control.. like no way they made this a rule.. and if I had the power to stop someone from raping me......
