I think i know why this webtoon has low rating even though the art is decent. It’s because the storyline is a mess, weird pacing, shallow characters with too many misleading behaviors, not to mention the cliches. I’m dropping after 30 chapters and i don’t regret it

MC thought he was hopelessly in love with ML so he decided to confess, only to be vaguely rejected (well ML said he wanted everything to stay the same between them and MC took that as a rejection). MC tried to give up many times but failed since ML kept feeding him hints of affection. There was a scence where MC got asked for numbers by a male guest, ML got really jealous and sent the stranger to hospital with his fists. Then he kind of r.a.p.e. MC in the changing room (or dub-con idk since MC never said no to ML). MC later realized he needed to face his true self and admit that he would never stop loving ML. He wanted to live by his side and to make that happened, he should get surgery first. MC invited ML on a date, got ML wrapped around his fingers and said goodbye to him one last time. ML liked it so much he decided to buy a ring and would ask MC out, but MC disappeared in his life the very next day. ML found out about the surgery and got really scared he might lose MC forever. He stayed with MC in the hospital until MC woke up after several weeks (or months). Then MC forgave him and they lived happily ever after.
I really don’t like this ML but his redemption act saved him from being a jerk till the end. He broke down and cried so much until he fainted after he learned about MC’s condition, enough to make me feel a bit pity for him.
