It's an old manga, about a man falling in love with his boss who used him and tried to throw him away but the opposite happened as the uke ends up moving on while the seme falls hard realizing how much he needed the uke in his life because he did so much for him.

ok so, basically it was about a group of students who were put in a special group to pass high school since they were all having trouble with their grades for their own personal reasons. I cannot for the life of me remember the title so if anyone could help that would be awesome!

It's a bl manhwa, I remember some general information, the top (blonde) was in love with the bottom since high school, he planned to confess his love in front of the school on a snowy day but bottom never makes it because he transferred to another place, years later they meet again, top works for a company and the bottom wants to go to university (I think he was 28 years old), it didn't have many chapters.
