That made no sense lol. You can't just be like "huh must have been the wind" when it's there on a physical picture... "must have been my imagination that this camera captured the perfect likeness of Alex..."
err wut
1- I don't think he ever said he was over him, just that he decided not to be in a poisonous relationship with him anymore or that he is trying to live healthy by cutting negatives out of his life cause he's tired of being hurt. 2- I think it might be cause for concern if, even though you are over him, your abusive ex sex partner might be stalking you or 3 - you believe yourself to be delusional by seeing him even though you think it impossible for him to be there, thus your mind playing tricks on you while you are trying to get over him.
True but idk in my head if i were in the same situation i wouldn't be able to see Alex as a stalker (like he was always the one who avoided feelings) I would've thought "oh Alex was here when I walked in, but I didn't notice cuz I was focused on my friend, and then he saw us take the picture, noticed me and left" and thus not care enough to give a bigger response
This is a bit pretentious but I think that 19 Days is one of the few Chinese BLs to not be ruined by censorship. In a way, the legal censorship seems to mirror the way that the characters can't express their feelings for one another directly because of social norms.
So, while the author is trying to subtly encode homosexuality/homosociality into the story because of censorship, she's actually writing about a kind of censorship that takes place at all levels. Like the 'together forever' drawing is his indirect expression of his feelings.
But that's just one man's opinion :')
Nothing more emotionally satisfying than saying byeeee to a straight guy for not reciprocating your feelings. Tastes like sweet revenge.
