muscles weigh more than fat so if you're trying to gain weight you should try doing some exercises to build muscles- dont worry about bulking up youre a girl and a thin girl at that so your muscles wont really bulk up even if you wanted them to, but you can tone your muscles and gain weight with this. Dont stress too much about that junk food- sure you want to cut back on that but itll just make you feel worse and less motivated if you spend too much time dwelling on mistakes like that. To try to avoid turning to junk food so often do things like avoid skipping meals. When you skip a meal and get really hungry it makes it harder to keep yourself......   reply

muscles weigh more than fat does - if you really want lose weight then stop exercising you'll lose muscle mass probably in your thighs as well and your weight will drop. Obviously you shouldn't actually do this but it just doesn't sound like you really have much fat to lose so this would be the only way... honestly the next time someone mentions yo......   2 reply

i know you asked for workouts but im just gonna say that I lost twenty pounds just by tracking my meals- i also since then have started exercising more because i want to be healthier but i hardly exercised when i lost that weight. you can use an app for it which makes it pretty easy- it just helps you be really mindful of what youre eating and how ......   reply
