I'm looking for this manhwa or webtoon. It has a very 18 unlimited vibe where they're highschoolers and friends. I can't remember the story very well I just remember one of them having a rounded belly and there was a scene where they went to an expensive restaurant and I think they were mistaken for a rich couple and they even brought tupperware to take away food from the luxury restaurant.

What does it mean for a manga to be comicalized? Isn’t a manga already a comic in Japanese?
it can mean the adaptation of a light novel or even anime into a comic book form aka japanese comic aka manga
i believe not all anime are already based on a manga, and its the same as korean novels being turned into manhwas
if im not mistaken, violet evergarden for exemple did not originate from a manga, code geass as well
so if those would have a manga adaptation made now it would probably be called comicalized ^^

I saw a (Japanese) tweet from a mangaka (I translated the tweet to English) that I love and it says something about an already completed manga volume having a comic volume released. And I got really confused. I don’t know if she’s releasing a new story but it doesn’t say 2nd volume. Just ‘comic volume)

Are you talking about when they do a promotional comic for a novel. And then they make it into an full comic. Idk if I’m wording it wrong or sumthing.
ohh i may be totally wrong but maybe it has to do with colours? maybe a colored version of the manga will be released and thats why they call it a comic? youre making me so curious i wanna know what it means too now haha
Perhaps the manga was originally in a magazine is releasing a tankoubon (book volume form of manga, rather than magazine form) and that couldn't translate properly?

They’re friends but the other one’s gay and is in an abusive relationship. There’s a scene where the straight friend went to a hot spring for a photography job (I think?) and ran into his gay friend there with the abusive boyfriend and they’re arguing.

I think they’re cops or detectives and the uke is haunted by the memory of his dead ex-partner. He had a hard time sleeping. At the end, not sure if it was a doctor/scientist but he held the uke’s current partner/seme at knife or gun point and the seme trusted the uke that he will not miss his shot and shoot the seme by mistake.
