I'd say everything :D Even the rape is not explained by a usual yaoi trope way- like "I've had this one sided love for ten years, and I need one last memory with you even if you hate me for it" kind of dialogue. Here, it's just "This is my way to make you fall in love with me" WTF. He didn't even properly confess and just jumped to it. There is no way the uke can develop feelings for him, coz there is nothing in particular the seme did to develop feelings, including stockholm syndrome. It's just a bunch of ideas from her previous mangas put together into a new book.
That's how I felt too- she just put together tits and bits from her previous work

I won’t be reading this until it’s completed OR until I see in the comments that it took a better, un heartbreaking/ not annoying direction. Because as it is now, it’s triggering my anxiety.
Because Utou & Sumi aren't simplistically together at the moment? The plot has always been 'unfluffy" the Alpha character was the only one who productively helped Sumi in regards to being raped and assaulted at his workplace, Sumi did nothing, it's not just about him being a Beta, but he seems completely ignorant to how damaging such an environment for Omegas can be. Sumi was employed to be "Miyabi's replacement", before this Utou managed Miyabi's heat, but seemed quite naive to the front Miyabi gave, he sat on the sidelines and saw him being gang raped remember. The Alpha character is protecting Sumi from facing further abuse at work, they aren't a romantic couple. If Utou wants to start a relationship, then he can try communicate and empathise. He might still feel down about being a Beta and how he was rejected by Miyabi, but this doesn't mean he can't move on and develop a relationship with Sumi in the future surely
* Utou did nothing (not Sumi), apart from going through the same motions he did with Miyabi in regards to managing the heats.
if he fights for him, than that would be the greatest character development for utou !

Ok, I might be playing the devil’s advocate here but I understood why Toudou is scared of telling Kirishima. I mean he’s scared that Kirishima would hate how he toyed with people’s feelings in the past. That’s not something to be taken lightly, it’s not easy for some people to come clean about that. God bless Kirishima for putting so much effort for Toudou really and being accepting despite how Toudou has been secretive and yes acted like a jerk (I didn’t like what Toudou did either) but I think Toudou’s fear is valid.
I’m re reading this for the NTH time and I noticed that we haven’t seen Hori meet Miyamura’s family yet. All these chapters but none of that moment yet. I think that ought to be interesting than the repetitive highschool bits, I adore this manga but things are getting stale.
