The crown prince comes across like a sleaze to me, coz he's hitting on an engaged woman repeatedly, even when bianca asks him to back off. And to me the ML, ricardo, is completely fine. He is flawed, he was cold before, but that doesn't mean he is undeserving or bad as a ML. He never mistreated the FL. He was distant.

To me what the FL is doing right now is very dicey. She MADE her fiance escort another lady to the ball and she is instead dancing with the crown prince (who has hit on her publicly on multiple occasions) in front of her fiance. I think the ML has a right to be mad here, more so than she does. He doesn't know that she's reading in a book that she will be killed if she doesn't do this.

You did really well. Really really well. While in the abusive relationship he couldn't see anything past the boss. He had absolutely nothing else left in his life, coz the boss's went all out, love-bombing him and making him completely dependent on him. He would take any abuse to not be alone, to not have to face his mother's passing. And having an intense obsession with being liked by the older brother he used to admire made matters worse for him.
But now, some distance, perspective and other things to fill his life, he can see how he has feelings for the boss, but also how that intense entanglement was terrible. He is a nice guy though, he thought he owed the boss a goodbye to be able to start afresh and put his feelings behind him. both 5? Are they not adults? Do they not understand the concept of attraction to another human? For the last 20 chapters all the 2 of them can think about is being close to the FL.

Why is everyone hating the ML? The FL is awesome even with her flaws, but the ML is an undeserving and horrible man for having flaws too?
The only issue here is they both weren't making an effort to see where the other stood. They were BOTH caught up in the kind of fiance the other person OUGHT TO be, and they were both wrong.
The ML thought the FL had not much more to show other than her aristocratic nature and breeding, and after a cruel war he wanted a loving family, which he wasn't sure he would get with her.
The FL thought the ML was disregarding the promise and pact between families, and was a cold and apathetic person, and she wasn't willing to go the distance to communicate and grow closer, because she was expecting an unfeeling, aristocratic marriage.
They both do not know how to be in relationships and they are both flawed.

It is awesome to see them both be themselves and still get closer together, because they both like the actual person they end up seeing. This seems like an actual interesting relationship on both ends, instead of a cardboard-insert ML who has no personality apart from loving the FL and hating everyone who touches the FL.

MC is so oblivious, showing it plainly to the whole world while being completely unaware that others will figure it out from his behaviour. And his family and ML all hid from him that this is common knowledge, but man didn't suspect anything with his boyfriend coming to his home continuously for months, after which he gets permitted to live with bf. He seriously just went, 'weird, but cool', didn't think that there was even a slight possibility that the cat was out of the bag. Talk about dense

in the process of dragging it out and having everyone love the FL, the author made ein a mama's boy who's looking for his mother in his wife. For the whole world that sees that ein and karina are a good fit, the two of them have made no confirmation of their feelings and no attempts towards each other, as both of them must first and foremost love the FL.

Also the fl, she didn't discipline her child and now karina is the subject of all rumours. She is saying she won't make ein marry karina, but that just means karina becomes the butt of all the jokes coz in older days only women were ridiculed. It'll be obvious to everyone that karina has been a friend of chade's for years to the point where fl allows her child to call her sis-in-law, but when it comes to actually respecting her or stopping rumours when it comes to her, fl will turn her back on karina.

The only thing I think she gains from this, from what I can guess, is a divorce. Which she could have already done on the grounds of her husband confining her to the attic and having his mistress living with him instead! I don't see this going down the path of the FL getting her revenge/ getting justice for all she is enduring.
