Midou is arrogant and high ranked business man. So his subordinate, who has a crush on him obtains some glasses (maybe through a demonic pact, or some other magical means) who give him the ability to reach for what he wants.
Midou in a fit of superiority wants glasses-kun to service him, who in turn rapes him and films the act. Glasses-kun then becomes more and more extreme, leading to him imprisoning Midou, beating him and causing severe mental distress, to the point where Midou "finally" starts to plead and begs for help.
Glasses-kun than realizes that all he wanted was Midous love and thus after mumbling a confession sets him free. But Midou can't forget what happend, especially the confession he can't forget, even though he quit the firm they worked at together.
