Diamond level is super super super rare alphas and omegas. The way this world works is that you have betas, alphas, omegas. Alphas and omegas have more tiers to them. Nah no slick on his ass. That's why Mr. Liu is even more confused because uke has a very strong pheromone but others can't smell it plus there's no fluid on his ass that will prepare Omega's typically for reproduction when they are aroused. But truly hoping he's a diamond omega, I want to know also what characteristics made diamond tier the top tier omegas aside from them being able to control their pheromone. I have no clue. I’m only reading this here so I’m as far as you are here lol but I do think he is a diamond omega although I don’t think he nor his doctors know about it. Like I said, it’s supposed to be extremely rare. I’m sure they aren’t testing for it when they do the standardised secondary sex testing at young child and young teen. A lot of people have traits in their dna that they have no idea about until something triggers it (for example, I have the trait where multiple hairs can grow from one root and I didn’t know that was why my hair is super thick) so its very possible he just never knew.

Ah then it was another manhwa where the non-omega omega had slick but still was adamant he wasn’t an omega. This is a very common trope unfortunately.
