The MC is on a wheelchair and if he completes his mission he would be cured and can go back to his original world. I think his mission was to find a partner for the original novels MLs uncle. In the original novel the MLs uncle was loved by a lot of fans and they didn’t want him to not have a lover. The uncle can read or see the MCs thoughts or he can feel his feelings I think.
