I would look at this mini arc and think "omg he is such a great male lead and love intrest for our protagonist" then I remember how majority of their relationship is completely built on his own manipulations and making our main guy over here completely reliant on him both emotionally and psychically (and financially).

I was so worried about how this relationship was going to go down. If it was going it see forced by one I'd the parties but nah somehow they maneuvered the very thin like of abusive/forced and insane and made it out as one of my liked couples. So many close calls and Siyun was able to escape the red flags he has been covered in of course he ain't a green flag now but I feel like he was red flagged because of his mental health caused by those around him rather than his own behaviour. Cause the real Siyun is a cheeky sweet boy who is so very forgiving for those who don't deserve it and just wanted one person to stay with him. He truely is born to green flag forced to red flag of a guy

Shinoa girl please move on. Such a strange direction to make her character arc and motivation about being in love with some random ah dude who like said something nice to her once.
Now If this story was based yuu and mika would just be end game and shinao's arc is going to be her finally getting rejected and unlike her sister who went insane she instead grows as a person without needing to be in love or obessed over someone.
But I'm getting major last secound final chapter couple from shinao's and yuu no matter how much I hate the idea. Since mika and Yuu are so very obviously the literally best choices for each other. But forced heterosexuality will be the death of me.
I feel like they have literally set yeodan as end game so hard that the only possible way of them swapping to you know who. Is by like killing him or something or completely running and butchering his character for the sake of the other guy. Like yeodan is perfect i absolutely love him and he is and always will be my favourite love interest and technically the ship has sailded but knowing the author set up a massive iceberg on their path is so increadibly sad.
If only yeodan wasn't so amazing and sweet and such a gentle yet affectionate and self aware soul.

Like objectively as a day to day human a 15 year age gap is insane. But like I could excuse it if they met when they were both adults or something but this day care worker had been watching this guy grow up like from diapers and nappy times to like his normal self. Imagine just imagine you in a relationship reminiscing about when you first met your partner and all your memories are when they were in diapers drinking milk and stuff. Like ain't that odd. Just a bit odd? It's fiction but like fiction still is based on reality where you want to think about it or not. This story is based on a normal society the only difference is like the animal like behaviours and stuff but everyone ages like a normal human. This ain't some 5000 year God X human like its a conceivable age gap that once again WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE IF THEY HADNT MET WHEN HE WAS IN DIAPRRS. thats where most of the issues come from.

The amount the seme abuses his work power of the uke is insane. It just feels so abusive and manipulative if your partner is the one fully in charge of your job opportunities ur income and so on. And the poor employees missing out on things they might deserve because they ain't dating the seme. This truly is the perfect example of how NOT do to office romance.
