I had a complaint with this story being that the stakes weren't really real as whenever something bad happened it never really had permanent consequences either they miraculously do something in time or come up with a strategy that always works out.
But then at ch 98 I realised just how much of an influence us the readers have of this story and than for those scenarios if you went to the comments people would be like "omg i hope they can get out of this" or "ah nothing bad happen to (insert character here)" and that is essentially what led to the plot being very not that dangerous. It occured to me that people do infact only ever ask for good things to happen so good things happen if this story is so obviously influenced by the readers.
If this was so twisted alt world where everyone hated alll the characters and wanted them to die or smth I'm sure the ending would be very different ahahah. This realisation made this story so much better and made it even meta now we are seeing a real persons "Hisu" arm???
Like this is so cool mixed with the paneling this is such a creative story
