Despite the issues I have with the child and the abuse skar put him through cause he thought he left him this story was actually really good.
Sasha was such a complex character and I liked that a lot more than the classic weak mc, he went through so much and his mental health was very nicely portrayed, he was heavily depressed from not being able to dance despite being in a relationship with a man who loved him and a nice house not only that the abuse he suffered from being Austrian all culminated in a really nicely written depression arc for him and it was handled and kept through our the whole story cause these kinds of things stick and showing the ugly side of these types of mental issues helps lessen the stigmatisation of them.
Spoilers
I genuinely thought it was going to end witb the both of them dying either together or tragically apart pleasantly supprised as they alrdy went through quite a lot.
A solid 8.7/10
It was alright quite fast paced for the things they were setting up. For how short it was I think the narrative they wanted to explore was to ambitious so things happened cause they needed to happen to fit in for the events planned. Causing a lot of characters to act very one way then the other the very next chapter.
Best part of this was the epilogue and it's funny cause it was the part that didn't have any plot. It was just cute family fluff and the author was really good at writting the kids and they didn't feel like jusr stereotypes/mini versions of the adults but like kids. It wad cute and nice
Without the epilogue it's like a 5.6/10 story with the epilogue it goes up to a solid 6.6/10
