Try exercising or picking up a new hobby. I've dealt with severe depression since my early teens, and the only thing that seems to calm my mind down is a long walk or bicycle ride. Drawing and writing are also great ways to relieve some negative emotions and ease your mind. Most importantly, talk to people about your thoughts. Even if you can't tal......   reply
