Talking about someone’s fiancee in front of them and saying “oops, sorry I didn’t mean that. Let’s still be friend and call me brother” like!?

I remembered reading the story untill the merman came and paused for, I don’t know 10 years?. Then come back to see the story got so complicated about Norio and Kunimasa status and breaking up. The merman and shinobu’s story is still so mysterious but got cut off to the whole new universe of Manami and friends, what??

Volume 1 ended pretty good by its own. New character is annoying as hell.

And thank you for for the update.

But the saving brother plot is not convincing to me at all. There are hundred things more important than this sh*tty prince’s life (Zeth’s life, winning the war, saving small folk’s lives blah blah) but Louise would choose the brother (who is the cause of the war and brought tons of innocent people to death) just so he didn’t feel regret not saving him. Oh come on!

No being mean to each other or go f***ing someone else to know that you wanna be with only one person like in other story.

So that I can come back later.

So we don’t need to feel bad for them. Keigo doesn’t feel anything about his heart being replaced even if it caused someone else’s life and he intended to do the same for his father, though he knew very well how dreadful it was for him back when he was the one being chased (like in “ majo no inu”. Even so, I love the dynamic of him and Natsumi. Clearly they have genuine feelings for each other, but the back story of them is not the excuse for what they did to others. Keigo is a selfish bastard who doesn’t think about anything except for himself and people he loves. So in the end, his selfishness cannot save his father and almost cause the life of Natsumi, which is the only person he has left. The open ending left us with the choice he’ll make whether he’s gonna treasure the only life Natsumi has or not. People feel they don’t get the punishment they deserve. But to me Keigo already learned something that in the end it’s him who needs to let go. It’s good that the main couple choose to leave them like that and just leave everthing behind to live their own life and find happiness in the end.

I really like this pair. There’s still a lot of plot left to be cleared like Terasawa betrayal and the back story of Natsumi. Seeing young and inexperinced Keigo is quite fun too, as we saw him very mature in “Majou to Neko”.
