i agree, imo to correctly use an intense and triggering subject like rape as a plot device you need plenty of chapters to give closure. I also felt like cyric and jahid had no chemistry except in the first few chapters T-T and… cyric murdered like 10 of those researchers and it was just never spoken of again… honestly i did not like anyone in this except jahid
