To start with, it's a guideverse and the characters' hair is black.
The guide was tested to see, if he was compatible to an esper. The result was that he was compatible to all the esper, so this resulted to him being exploited by all the esper.
One time he stumbled upon a basement and saw an esper lying down with a guiding machine (I think), he guided that esper, then the next day that esper woke up, and begin finding the guide. That esper was known for being cruwl and strong. When he found where the guide was, he offered to be his exclusive esper. And he will not allow other esper to exploit.

do you know a manhua where the main couple is about a general, and a dragon? The first chapter started with the general, trying to find the kidnapped princess, but he was knocked out by the dragon and waked up thinking the dragon is the princess. Then he tried to talk to the princess (dragon) asking how long will it take for the dragon to come back so they could escape.
And there was a scene, where they used a bird and a net to carry a bunch of people.
As far as I remember the dragon's color is yellow/gold, and the general's hair color is gray I think. I can't really remember
