I think Sangwoo saved him there from their first rape attempt, Bum looked really shocked when it happend, while in this chapter's panels, it seemed to have been going for a while.
Sangwoo does the same mistake as with Jieun, last time he expected Bum to feel something and become a violent Murderer, this time he expects him to kill his uncle.
To Sangwoo, he thinks that what would make him happy in that situation would also make Bum happy. But it doesn't, as shown that Bum wants a "normal" relationship while Woo CAN'T feel empathy, so he has to pretend to be nice around Bum, while he lets his anger somewhere else out.
But I doubt that Sangwoo would drive every time he has anger moments up a mountain.
Bum's uncle gonna get it anyways, whether Bum breaks again or Sangwoo kills him and shows him his dead corpse, thinking it would make Bum happy.
