Not exactly, the aunt knew that the firstborn of the Feng family is special (has that magic powers thing, birthmark) so she believed she was stealing Feng's sperm (but it was Yi Yi's sperm that Feng swapped when they had Rou Rou) and because the aunt doesn't know about Rou Rou, she thinks Bighead is Feng's firstborn, therefore she thinks "her" new son is the next heir of the Feng family.
I forgot about the birthmark. But now, the question is, how will the aunt explain Bighead to the family? Like, wouldn't she expose herself as stealing what she thought was Feng's embryo? She would still get nothing, no? I really don't understand how she thinks..
She might think that the baby has the magic and that grandpa Feng will be able to tell. But the grandpa Feng has met RouRou and of course he is not going to believe her.
