I liked the MC from the beginning more, he had a personality, goals and was sympathetic. Now he is just a very boring shounen cool Protagonist.

It’s not going to become that, me personally i saw a little progression in their relationship like how the blonde guy told the buff guy about how he wanted to go tokyo and he didn’t even tell his mom,what i think is going to happen is blonde guy is going to start opening up to buff guy and then eventually start liking him
