I'm 80% sure it's a bl in which the mc was adopted in this big family as their son to act as a disguise to their actual sickly bedridden son who the mc catches a glimpse of behind doors as a kid.
I'm pretty sure I've read this. But I'm remembering it as the ML who was the adopted son with the sick real son. And the MC found out somehow when visiting their house. Like he wasn't supposed to go up into that area of the house but he was looking for a bathroom or something and saw the sick kid in bed. It was a big mansion and they're from wealthy families right?
